Everybody loves a baby. As a mum & grandma I’ve found out a few tips on baby care through the years.

I have a Diploma in Holistic Health Therapy and am passionate about natural health care. This is so important in today’s polluted world as our immune systems have enough to cope with without adding to the load with chemical filled products.

Add to this this stress we all live with today – including our children – and it makes sense for us to get back to nature as much as we can.
