The happiest and most exciting day in a couple’s life is when they find out they’re expecting a child. If you’ve decided to host a baby shower for the happy couple, you can create sweet Baby Shower displays and centerpieces with the following four quick and cute ideas:

Diaper Cake This is one of the cutest baby shower centerpieces ever imagined. Using a bag of disposable diapers, you create round “cake” layers by binding together handfuls of the diapers. Then stack the layers into a layer cake shape and attach them together with tape or ribbons. Once you’ve done that, you can add small baby accessories like pacifiers, baby bottles, rattles and small toys all around the sides of the layers or hanging off the sides. Then add a top to the cake with a small stuffed toy, baby bank or balloons. The parents can take the diaper cake home with them at the end of the shower and use all the items for their new baby.
Baby Gift Basket – What a practical and sweet centerpiece to make for the baby shower. Find a nice sized willow or wicker basket with a sturdy handle and decorate it with ribbons or fabric in baby prints or pastels. If you know the sex of the baby, use either pink or blue, if not then use a pale yellow or green. Once you have it all decorated, simply set it in the middle of the table and place baby gifts inside. As the guests of the baby shower come in, they too can add to the basket to fill it up. The basket will get years of use after the shower ends as it can be used to stack diapers, clothes or toys for the baby’s room.
Noah’s Ark – This is a favorite for the parents-to-be expecting twins or multiples. Simply find two or more of the same cute stuffed animals and tie them together with helium balloons. You can set them in the centre of the table and each stuffed animal becomes a unique baby gift for each child.
Duck Pond – A baby shower centerpiece has never been as cute as this one! Find a plastic baby bath and fill it with rubber ducks in several different colors and sizes. Get one for every guest you invite and write the name and date of the event on the bottom with a permanent marker. Each guest can then either win a rubber ducky to take home or you can give them one to remember the event as they leave. Don’t forget the parents, include a set of mommy and daddy ducks on their gifts so they can take them home to enjoy with baby later.
